Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 30, 2007 has recommended a dividend of 6% on Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007. The Board has also recommended a dividend of 10% on Equity Share Capital as on March 31, 2007.
