The quarterly and half-yearly un-audited financial statements prepared in accordance with the Accounting Standards laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are generally published in Free Press Journal & Navashakti. The results are reviewed by the Audit Committee before being taken on record by the board. The Audit Commmittee comprises of three Non-Executive Directors namely Mr. Kanta Prasad Mandhana (Chairman of the Committee),Mr. Dinesh Khandelwal and Mr. Navamani Murugan. The Company Secretary acts as the Secretary to the Audit Committee. The results are subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors of the company.
